TRAIN — Training & certification
Courses, quizzes, challenges, certificates and live quiz sessions.
TRAIN trains and engages: your teams take quizzes, so do your contacts, and institutions compete with each other. The MaDa builds the content and handles rewards; a Member plays, reads their results and shares quizzes with their contacts.
The quiz
The MaDa creates a quiz, gives it a category and, if useful, a product, then sets:
- The audience — internal (staff), external (contacts) or both. A quiz open to contacts gets a six-character code and a join link.
- Targeting — for an external quiz, the contacts, institutions or territories allowed in. With no targeting, anyone holding the code can play. A quiz switched back to internal loses its targeting.
- The pass mark (70% by default), an optional time limit and a date window: before it opens or after it closes, the quiz cannot be taken, and answers sent after the deadline are refused.
- The leaderboard — shown or not; and, if shown, visible or not to external participants.
Four question types: single choice, multiple choice, true/false, and free text, where you list the expected answers and how many must be cited. A question can carry an explanation, shown to the participant with their result, and an illustration (JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP, 2 MB at most). An inconsistent question — two identical answers, a true/false without exactly two answers, no correct answer — is not saved.
Getting contacts to play
- Share — on the quiz page, the Member finds their assigned contacts and sends them the link by WhatsApp.
- Identify — the participant enters the code, their mobile and the name they want on the leaderboard. An unknown mobile creates a lead; a known contact must be within the targeting, if there is one.
- Play and read the result — score, pass or fail, answer review; their rank only if the leaderboard is public.
Challenges
A challenge pits institutions against each other on one quiz. The MaDa picks the invited institutions (filtering by territory) and a quota of 1 to 4 participants per institution, then shares a single link: only a contact already on file, attached to an invited institution, can get in. Their place is held as soon as they start; if they drop out, it is released after the quiz's time limit plus fifteen minutes (one hour if the quiz has no limit). Once an institution's quota is reached, its other contacts are turned away.
The leaderboard reads by institution (average score, number of participants) or by person. Once the challenge is closed, its page shows who qualifies for each reward.
Games
A quiz can be relaunched as a game as often as you like, each with its own scores:
- Solo — everyone plays on their own device. Formats: Classic, Streak Grid, Time Attack, Prize Ladder, Wager Round, Category Spin. The player's best score is kept.
- Live — the MaDa drives a big screen; players join from their phones with a six-digit PIN, no account needed. Formats: Classic, Streak Grid, Last One Standing (elimination), Head-to-Head Duel (the first two to join) and Team Relay, where each player plays for an institution. A right answer earns more when it is fast.
To join a live game, a player gives their name, mobile and, if they wish, email: they become a contact, with the quiz as their origin. Their agreement to receive offers is a separate box, never pre-ticked.
Rewards and traceability
- The catalogue — the MaDa describes each benefit and records whether it must be declared and whether regulatory affairs approved it.
- Conditions — a reward attaches to a quiz or a challenge: the top N, a minimum score, or both; for a person or for an institution.
- The awards register — who received what, when, with their rank, score and declaration reference. At the end of a game, the form is pre-filled with the winner. A reward already awarded can no longer be removed.
Leaderboards and tiers
Each quiz taken earns a staff member points (their score, weighted by the number of questions). Cumulative points give a tier: Bronze from 50, Silver from 200, Gold from 500, Platinum from 1,000. Three failures in a row drop one tier. The overall and per-category leaderboards are open to everyone.
Individual answer sheets are personal: each person sees their own, a supervisor those of their team and of the contacts in their scope, the MaDa and the Admin all of them.
Courses and certificates
The MaDa creates courses (domain, level, duration, mandatory or not) and puts them through a compliance review: approved, rejected or revision requested. They enrol staff, set a deadline and track progress, then issue a numbered certificate with an optional expiry date. Everyone sees their own certificates; a supervisor, those of their team.
